SVR Resources is a brand of SVR Solutions Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“SVR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). SVR Solutions Group LLC is the entity responsible for the information described in this policy.
SVR Solutions Group LLC also operates SVR Solutions, our IT infrastructure and field services brand. Both brands are part of the same company.
This policy applies to svr-resources.com and to the staffing and recruiting services we provide.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you contact us, submit a resume, apply for a role, or request staffing support, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, resume or CV, work history, education, certifications and licenses, employment preferences, availability, compensation expectations, references, and any other information you choose to include. If you are inquiring as an employer, you may provide your company name, contact details, and hiring needs.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from job boards, professional networking sites, referrals, and publicly available professional profiles.
How We Use It
We use your information to:
Evaluate your fit for open roles and present you to client employers
Communicate with you about opportunities, applications, and placements
Verify credentials and references where you have authorized us to do so
Provide staffing and recruiting services to our clients
Administer placements, including through our employer-of-record partner
Operate and improve our website
Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
How We Share It
Client employers. Presenting you to employers is the service you are engaging us for. Before we present you to a specific client, we will confirm your interest in that opportunity.
Our employer-of-record and back-office partner. For contract placements, we share the information needed to administer employment and payroll.
Service providers. Email, hosting, and other vendors who process information on our behalf under contract.
Legal and safety. Where required by law or legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Our Two Brands
SVR Solutions Group LLC operates two brands: SVR Resources for professional staffing, and SVR Solutions for IT infrastructure and field services. Because both are part of the same company, information you submit through svr-resources.com may be used across both brands where it is relevant to an opportunity that fits your background.
About “Selling” Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Some state privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly than an exchange of money, and may treat disclosing your information to a client employer as part of our staffing services as a sale or share. To the extent that applies to you, you may direct us not to share your information by contacting us at info@svr-resources.com. Please note that if you direct us not to share your information with client employers, we will not be able to present you for roles.
Background and Reference Checks
Some roles require background checks, reference checks, or credential verification. Where a check is conducted, you will receive the disclosures and provide the authorizations required by applicable law before it takes place, and you will receive any notices required by law regarding the results.
Text Messages
If you provide a mobile number and consent, we may contact you by text message about opportunities and your application. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of being considered for any role. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
How Long We Keep It
We retain candidate information for as long as we are actively considering you for opportunities and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can consider you for future roles. We retain some records longer where required by law or where we have a legitimate business need.
You may ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so subject to the exceptions described below.
Your Choices
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop presenting you to clients, or stop contacting you.

Before we act on a request, we must verify your identity. We will ask you to confirm information we have previously collected about you. If we ask you to verify your identity and you do not promptly cooperate, we may be unable to fulfill your request.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that period by an additional 45 days and will notify you.
We may decline a deletion request where we are required by law to keep the information, or where the law otherwise permits us to keep it. If we decline a request, we will tell you why. Where we have already shared your information with a client employer or a service provider, we will instruct them to delete it where required, though we cannot guarantee deletion from systems we do not control.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us at info@svr-resources.com. We will respond to your appeal in writing within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, we will provide information on how to contact the Texas Attorney General where that right exists.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Contact us at the address above to exercise them.
Cookies
